The Challenge
To better support their advocacy efforts and manage supporter engagement more efficiently, AAFA uses VoterVoice for their advocacy platform and NeonCRM as their customer relationship management (CRM) system. However, like many growing organizations, they needed a way to ensure their systems communicate seamlessly—without the hassle of manual data updates.

AAFA came to Data Sangria with a clear request: implement a one-way data sync that pushes contact and advocacy campaign data from VoterVoice to NeonCRM.

What the Integration Will Do

- Smart Data Syncing: Each sync will pull the latest advocacy data from VoterVoice.
- Automatic Matching: The integration will check for existing contacts in NeonCRM.
- New Contact Creation: If a contact is not found, the integration will create a new contact in NeonCRM before assigning the advocacy data.
