Justin Deragon Joins Data Sangria as Director of Growth and Partnerships

Data Sangria was built to solve one of the biggest challenges associations face: making complex technology ecosystems work together in a way that’s sustainable, scalable, and future-proof.

As our platform and partner ecosystem continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome Justin Deragon as Director of Growth and Partnerships.

Justin is a longtime association technology leader with deep experience across AMS platforms, nonprofit systems, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he’s been known for helping associations move beyond point solutions toward integrated, data-driven technology strategies that support continuity and long-term success.

In this role, Justin will lead go-to-market strategy and partnership development across Data Sangria and AMS Geek. His focus includes expanding iPaaS adoption, strengthening integrations across AMS, LMS, community, and finance systems, and working closely with both associations and software partners to ensure interoperability is intentional, reliable, and scalable.

“Data continuity isn’t optional anymore,” said Justin Deragon. “Associations need integration strategies that evolve with them. I’m excited to work with organizations and partners to build solutions that are designed by and for the association industry.”

Founder Ben Muscolino emphasized that Justin’s addition supports Data Sangria’s scaled leadership model as demand for integrations continues to increase. With strong leadership across growth, engineering, and delivery, the team is positioned to support increasingly complex technology stacks without compromising quality.

As Data Sangria continues to grow as the industry’s leading association-focused iPaaS solution, Justin’s leadership helps ensure partnerships, integrations, and data strategies remain aligned with real operational needs, not just technical requirements.

We’re excited to have Justin on board and look forward to continuing to help associations build connected, resilient technology ecosystems.
