Bridging ON24 (Cvent) and MemberSuite by GrowthZone with Reliable Middleware Architecture

Disconnected systems create data gaps and reporting issues. When webinar platforms and your AMS do not sync properly, teams end up exporting spreadsheets, reconciling attendance, and questioning their data.
We built a middleware-driven integration between ON24, part of Cvent, and MemberSuite by GrowthZone to eliminate that friction.
Now, when someone registers in MemberSuite, the integration immediately sends that registration to ON24 using authenticated API calls. MemberSuite stays the system of record. ON24 handles webinar delivery. No duplicate entry. No manual uploads.
After the webinar ends, the integration pulls engagement data back into MemberSuite. It writes attendance status, time in session, and engagement scoring directly to designated fields in the AMS. Teams can report, segment, and analyze without leaving their primary system.
Our middleware manages credential authentication, field mapping, event configuration, and sync timing. Because we centralize that logic in the integration layer, the solution stays scalable and maintainable as reporting needs evolve.
This project represents the broader work we do at Data Sangria. We design and maintain API-driven integrations that keep association platforms aligned. Webinars are one example. We also connect AMS platforms, CRMs, learning systems, event tools, and custom applications to create clean, reliable data flow across your ecosystem.
If your team relies on exports and manual reconciliation, your systems are working harder than they should. Let’s fix the architecture behind them.
